(First of all, this is being submitted today because I am travelling tomorrow and cannot see there beig any time to sit down and creat something new.)
Now, my mum loves nothing more than to sit in the garden on a hot summer day. Recently she's noticed that there are armies of ants digging up our patio stones. Although this is quite annoying as there are mounds of sand piling up, she enjoys watching them at work - hence today's inspiration.
The link between this piece and the last is the development of knowledge and how it can be seen visually. Ants are so small yet so unbelievably clever and well coordinated its just fascinating.
